Application Form

Note:

1. The form should be filled according to Birth certificate or TC credentials.
2. The child should be 3 years of age as on 1st June 2026 for Nursery.
3. 3 recent passport size photos of the student to be submitted at the time of admission.
4. Student and parents name to be entered as per supporting documents (Birth certificate/TC).
